| Dr. Seth Fortier is the fourth generation of Fortiers to call Albany home. Upon graduating from West Albany High School, he attended Oregon State
University before earning his doctorate from the prestigious Western States
Chiropractic College. Dr. Fortier Has Returned to Albany to stay close to his
